Many detergents used for carbodies washing, are often subjected to a quick evaporation, making more difficult cleaning operations that do not always lead to an optimum result. Quick drying of carbodies increases the amount of product used, causing unnecessary and avoidable wastefulness. CM SCHIUMANTE PLUS, strongly foaming alkaline detergent for carbodies washing, creates an abundant foam that covers vehicles, enhancing an amazing and fulfilling optic effect. The foam facilitates the total covering of surfaces, slowing down the product evaporation on carbodies and increasing the contact time between dirt and detergent. Use during prewashing phase in automatic carwashes or through foaming nebulizers.
Do not let the product dry on carbodies. At low temperatures the product become viscous.
Use through foaming devices. Do not dilute the product when used with dosing pumps (15-30 g of product per vehicles). Dilute 1:20 with water when used with “Venturi system” or headlamps. It is recommended to dilute with water from 1:30 to 1:100 using foaming nebulizers. Foam consistency and quantity depend on the relation between air, water and product. In order to enhance the detergency action is possible to add the prewashing specific products to use solutions.
