Foam detergent for pre-washing of vehicles

Many detergents used in car washes are often prone to rapid evaporation during the washing phase of the car exterior, rendering cleaning operations more difficult which therefore do not always produce optimal results.
The rapid drying of bodywork furthermore leads to an increase in the quantity of product used, causing unnecessary waste which can be avoided. CM SCHIUMANTE PLUS GIALLO, a high-foaming alkaline detergent for the external cleaning of vehicles, creates a generous quantity of yellow foam which covers the vehicle with a surprising and satisfying visual effect. The foam facilitates the complete coverage of the surfaces, slows the drying of the product due to evaporation on the bodywork and increases the contact time between dirt and detergent. Use in the pre-wash phase in automatic car washes or use with foaming sprays.
Avoid allowing the product to dry on surfaces. The product becomes viscose at low temperatures.
Use in foaming devices. With dosing pumps use the product neat (15-30 ml per vehicle). With injectors or “Venturi systems” pre-dilute 1:20 with water. With foaming sprays a dilution of between 1:30 and 1:100 with water is recommended. The consistency and the quantity of foam is relative to the ratio of air, water and product. In order to reinforce the detergent action it is possible to add specific cleaning products to the solutions.
