PARASOLV is a blend of solvents specifically for the removal of protective paraffin waxes from the body work of new cars. The addition of highly-rectified solvents of a natural origin improves efficiency and leaves a pleasant fragrance.
Also ideal for use in small spaces and where hot water is not available.
PARASOLV is also an effective and safe alternative to chlorine solvents for industrial degreasing, offering efficient degreasing power, average evaporation rate, low levels of irritation, high flash point and a pleasant fragrance.
Use the dewaxer neat on dry body work. Dewaxing operations should preferably be carried out in ventilated areas.
The dewaxer is to be added for drawing in a high-pressure water jet, just like a normal detergent. Working at 80°/90°C, the jet should be sprayed over the entire waxed area of the vehicle, maintaining a constant distance of 20 cm between the nozzle and the vehicle. The regulation of the dewaxer (via the relative tap on the high-pressure water jet) is at an optimal level when the wax layer is removed completely with a single pass of the spray. Alternatively spray the product neat over the entire vehicle, leave to work for a few minutes, and remove with a high-pressure water jet. Parasolv may be used neat, either in immersion basins or sprayed, for degreasing, or for simple cleaning with a brush or cloth. No rinsing required. For industrial uses, drying time can be reduced with blown air, preferably heated.
