VAP SOL F is a powder detergent for self-service car washes fitted with automatic powder dosing systems.
Easily dissolved in water, producing a rich foam, it is particularly effective in the removal of dirt from vehicle bodywork and metal surfaces in general.
It is also ideal for the hot water washing with a high-pressure water jet of cars, heavy-duty vehicles, agricultural machines, excavators, motorcycles etc.
Also suitable for plastic-coated and fibreglass surfaces.
With water of a hardness superior to 35°F, it is advisable to set the water temperature to a level no higher than 35°C in order to avoid excessive lime scale deposits. Close the package well after each use to avoid the product absorbing humidity.
DIRECTIONS Pour the powder directly into the dosing system hopper. Set the dosage in order to obtain, for each bay and each cycle, a consumption of 20-25 g for every 5 - 10 L of water (equivalent to 0.2%-0.4%). Operate when possible at a temperature of approximately 60°C. Washing with a high-pressure jet cleaner: dilute the product from 1:20 to 1:40 in preferably warm water in order to facilitate dissolving. Set up the solution for drawing with a high-pressure water jet, operating between 60° and 70° C. Pass evenly over the surfaces to be cleaned and then rinse thoroughly.
